Seco 4811-24 Surveyor Level Incomplete Damaged Project

This is a Seco 4811-24 Surveyors Level. From storage from a company that went out of business. Damaged. Read details below before bidding.
Cosmetics-Looks like it took a spill at some point. It has some chips in the paint, the front metal cover housing is bent off center, missing the angled viewfinder to view the bubble level, and is missing the bottom round mount. If you shake it something will rattle some inside. Good overall otherwise. Operationally I was able to look through it clearly and focus smoothly. Image was bright and sharp but accuracy is unknown ?? I took a peek inside the red seals are intact. See last photos. Rotating degree knob control moves smoothly. Good for someone who likes tinkering with levels. See lots of photos of what you are getting. Sold AS IS.
