San Jose Barracuda Thomas Gregoire 2017-18 First Game Worn Hockey Jersey
- Worn for his first game with the San Jose Barracuda on 4/25/18 (a playoff game in Tuscon, Arizona)
- Worn for only one game due to the Cuda being knocked out by the Roadrunners shortly after
- Despite being worn for one game it shows decent wear; a repair on the arm, stick mark, loose threads, etc. and is able to be photomatched
- The jersey itself features tons of alterations done by the equipment manager; the sleeves at the wrists are tightened, the body of the jersey is tightened, the entire bottom of the jersey was very visibly cut off and then re-hemmed with the AHL + CCM patches restitched (I'd be happy to provide more photos of the many alterations done on the jersey for interested buyers)
- My assumption from the above point was that the team ran out of smaller 54-56 jerseys and decided to use a size 58+ but tighten it down in multiple areas for Gregoire, definitely one of the most unique jerseys I've seen while collecting!
