Description
***** PRICE is ****** This is a black #49 Phoenix Coyotes practice jersey that was worn by forward Guillaume Latendresse in the September 2013 preseason. He also wore a red #49 practice jersey in that camp, but did not make the NHL roster and played his final year of pro hockey in Switzerland for the ZCE Lions in 2013-14. This
a size 56 CCM jersey shows light overall use. The #49 was retired by the Coyotes as a tribute to 9-year-old fan Leighton Accardo who died in November 2020 after an 18-month battle with cancer. She was inducted into the franchise's Ring of Honor on April 17, 2021.
Everything is sewn on this jersey which has a fight strap. The Coyotes wear numbered practice jerseys in development camps, rookie camps and preseason training camps. Defensemen usually wear a black jersey. One numbered CCM jersey was made in several colors and the Coyotes used them from 2003 to 2014. Latendresse was a 2nd-round draft pick of Montreal in 2005 and played with the Canadiens from 2006-10. He also was with the Minnesota Wild (2009-12) and Ottawa Senators (2012-13) before going to Phoenix where his older brother Olivier was in the Coyotes' minor league system from 2006-08.
The buyer of this jersey will get a xerox copy of the team letter of authenticity for a 2014 bulk buy of about 550 numbered CCM practice jerseys used by the Coyotes from 2003-14.
