Lot of 2 Vintage New Bright Remote Control Caterpiller The Cat 245 + The Cat 992.
They are both New Bright Remote Controlled Wired Both of them do have some issues, so they are being sold as is. For a couple reasons. 1 is they are old remote control toys from the mid 80’s… 2 the 245 doesn’t have Tracks for it, so it doesn’t move, but you can see the motor turning the rear right part of the track system, the arm only works once in a while, and not fully functional. Lights up and the remote is good, but I don’t know enough about these to mess with them to make them perfect working order. The 992 does go forward and reverse and turns both ways, but the bucket will roll to dump and scoop, but will not go up and down. Again. I could probably fix it.. but I don’t want to make something worse by not knowing exactly what I should know about these. The remote seems to work for it as well. Both of them cosmetically look really good in my opinion. I don’t think they were beat on very much, but I didn’t always own them. So I don’t know know everything about them. So for those reasons I am selling them both together as a package for one price and as far as shipping costs go, I’m willing to do pick up with these, if I ship them, I’m not including the 8 D Batteries because of weight reasons of course, that’s 2.7 lbs alone. Just the 8 batteries alone. And the 992 is just over 4lbs alone with remote or corse, and the 245 is almost 5lbs plus plus boxed and everything around 11lbs or so? Maybe 12lbs?
