He spent much of that season in the minors playing for AHL's Tucson Roadrunners but did suit up for the NHL playoffs when the Coyotes faced Nashville and Colorado. This Adidas size 56 jersey shows no wear and is not marked on the inside crest by the team equipment staff. The worldwide virus delayed the NHL season and the playoffs in 2020 did not begin until August.
Hayton was a 1st-round draft pick of Arizona in 2018 at #5 overall but the 21-year-old didn't start showing signs of his skating and scoring ability until the 2021-22 season in which he had 10 goals and 14 assists in 60 games. This
jersey was obtained directly from the Coyotes in a bulk buy.
