This is a autographed Andrew Raycroft game worn 1998/1999 Boston Bruins jersey. It is a size 58G and made by Starter. The jersey is autographed by Andrew in black sharpie on the rear number 0. Jersey shows wear with some marks along with pilling. This jersey is most likely Andrews first NHL jersey and was worn during training camp / preseason as Andrew went back to the OHL with the Sudbury Wolves and did not play in the regular season with the Bruins that year. Everything on the jersey is stitched with the exception of “RAYCROFT” on the nameplate as all those letter are heat pressed. Heat pressed letters on the nameplate are a common practice for preseason / camp jerseys. I’ve attached a photo of Andrew wearing the number 70 although it’s the white version of this jersey. Andrew was drafted by the Boston Bruins in the 5th round of the 1998 NHL Draft. He has played for the Sudbury Wolves and Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL, Providence Bruins and Texas Stars of the AHL, Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs, Colorado Avalanche, Vancouver Canucks and Dallas Stars of the NHL.
