    Description

    20 Chechen pen blanks.  They measure 5.25" x 3/4" square. No Cracks, kiln dried!  Chechen is also known as Caribbean Rosewood and has a Janka Hardness of = 2,250lbf      (compare to white oak at 1,350lbf)  This is a Central American Hardwood.
    The only reason this wood is not more popular is because people haven’t sampled it yet. Very nice natural luster/chatoyant. Rich color holds better than many other red woods. Truly a beautiful wood.
