1999-00 Shawinigan Cataractes Game Worn 30th Anniversary Alternate Jersey QMJHL

Le Cataractes wore these alternates to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the founding of the franchise as the Shawinigan Bruins in 1969. I contacted the team, and their marketing guy replied that these were therefore worn around 1999-00 (possibly 1998-99?). These did not have names on the back, but Gilbert Lafrancois wore #51 in 37 games (including playoffs) in 1999-00 while Francis Emery wore it for 71 in 1998-99. Like most jerseys of this era, and unlike modern jerseys, this has fantastic wear (see pix), especially for an alternate. Size 56.
